Please read our policy regarding digital products carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
At SaikuSoft, we specialize in high-quality digital software and WordPress plugins. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, they are deemed “used” immediately upon purchase and delivery.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be returned. Once the files have been downloaded it is impossible for us to retrieve the product. Consequently, all sales on SaikuShop.com are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for “change of mind,” incompatible hosting environments, or software conflicts. Please ensure your server meets the requirements listed on the product page before purchasing.
No Exchanges
We cannot exchange one plugin for another. If you purchased the wrong product, you will need to purchase the correct one separately.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from SaikuShop, immediate revocation of all license keys, and blacklisting of the user account.
Technical Issues & Support
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our code. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents the plugin from functioning as described, our support team is here to help.
If a critical bug is confirmed by our team and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a store credit or refund at our sole discretion. This does not apply to issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, or hosting limitations.
